Shut Down Project

Enable Cloud Asset API
Browse all resources under the project
- Make sure there are no critical resources left
Check for API keys and service accounts
- Make sure they are not used
Disable billing
- Go to Billing
- Select the billing account
- On the left sidebar, click Account management (under Billing management)
- Click Actions > Disable billing
(Optional) Wait for a few days to see if any production services are affected
Delete the project
